In 2016 I vowed to make bigger, better, more creative cakes. To think outside the box.. I spend about 2 hours a day or more learning and researching cake related info including but limited to sculpting, painting, drawing, carving etc.. I am a PROUD sugar geek would have to say Lizzo is my Cake Crush among many.. I used Pvc and food save foil tape to cover the Pvc and all the nuts an bolts. The ice-creams are made from fondant, rice Krispy, Chocolate and a mix of vodka and K Syrup to make a sheen on the ice creams themself.. the frosting is Royal Icing Buttercream that I got from Avalon Cake Company and Love to the moon and back. the lollipops are made from fondant.
