I also surprised my colleagues once again with a delicious cake. This time on New Year’s Eve. On the sides are the Dutch words for all sorts of best wishes for the new year (things like: happiness / love / succes / good health). This cake is filled with 2 layers of lemon curd and 2 layers of a delicious cream with cantuccini biscuits, topped with small pieces of milk chocolate.
