Inside was a rainbow cake. The client chose the colours with the butterflies fondant accent.

What tip did you use to make the rosettes? Also your frostning must have been strong to be able to decorate like this. Do you mind sharing the recipe/technique?
Hi marye27. I used 1M tip and just used a normal butercream icing. I don’t really use the recipe when i make the icing. As long as it’s not too thick, it would be quite easy to pipe. And just one tip i can recommend, is to smear some buttercream on the side of the cake before applying the swirl. It helps it to stick better.
