Hello,
this was my first naked cake and sweetbar for my friend’s wedding.
Bottom and top tier made of ocoa sponge with mascarpone and limete filling, middle tier made of cocoa sponge, mascarpone and orange filling, dark ganache, covered with orange fondant and decorated with gold spray.
Sweetbar composed of vanilla cake-pops with white chocolate and strawberry glaze, desserts with blackberries and mascarpone, vanilla cookies covered with vanilla fodant, macarons with baileys frosting.
