One of my favorite shows is The X-Files. Once I found out they were bringing it back with new episodes to air this week, I had to do a cake. It is two 6 inch circle cakes with a buttercream base and fondant for the X on top and UFO’s and Aliens all around. This is definitely one of my favorite cakes that I have done.
