I’m half French, so I decided to embrace the half and create for my Christmas dessert a traditional French dessert the Bûche De Noel or as we know it the Yule Log. This was my first attempt and I have to say hands down the easiest and fastest cake I have ever done, basically you have your sponge roll then cut off some peices to create top and side branches then coat with frosting and using a fork to create log pattern then add the little decorations in all to decorating was less then five minutes. Then for Some added Christmas cheer I lighly dusted with diamond dust for some Christmas snow sparkle.
