Our first cake for the new year is this gorgeous wedding cake we delivered to House Plantation on Saturday! Congrats to Jennifer and Cory!

I’m loving the white to light gray ombré design the bride picked out! Very modern and elegant!

Fondant ruffles on the outside, inside is our popular Amaretto cake with Raspberry filling. Amaretto cake keeps being a hit at tastings. So much so the groom (who does not like ANY cake to begin with) asked me if this was REALLY a gluten free cake. I got the biggest compliment when he said it was the best cake he had ever tasted, gluten free or not, and that I needed to sell my recipe because I would surely get rich from it! Yep, definitely a two thumbs up for Amaretto cake!
