This cake made by traditional Russian (ok, Soviet) cake recipe. Its name in original is “Vaclav”. Inside of it you can find chocolate spongecake, light vanilla buttercream, peaches, and crashed candied roasted nuts outside. Client asked me to make “smh with Moscow decor”, and i denied what Kremlin made from cranberry jelly – best choice :) How do you think?
