This is one of the Harry Potter’s favourites. We made it using our IFT technique (impresión en fondant por transferencia) developed by us in our pastry lab since several years ago. This technique can be called TFP (transfer printed fondant). It has many possibilities and a cake is just one very basic example. Note the smooth integration between the printed part and the rest of the cake.
