Hi cake friends

My mom has asked me 2 days before Christmas to make for her friends a cake for about 50 people. If my mom asks i just can’t say NO. She’s my biggest fan and supporter!

I also wanted to make something different, something contemporary. That’s just the perfect timing.

The middle tier was vanilla filled with mango buttercream. Santa and his sledge with reindeer was hand cut. Since i don’t have an airbrush i have dusted the whole scene with edible colour. The Poinsettias were made of wafer paper using Kerry’s tutorial (Eat Cake) and hand painted using Violet’s (The Violet Cake Shop) handpainting wafer paper tutorial.
