Hi everyone

For this collaboration i have chosen Laos even we don’t celebrate Christmas because we are mostly buddhists. But we love celebrations. And of course with music, dance and lots of food.

That’s my imagination how Santa would look like in Laos when he brings presents to children – in a silky traditionally costume accompanied by his baby elephant. Laos is historically known as Lan Xang, or land of Million Elephants. Indian elephant is our national animal. I have also incorporated some more typically and traditionally pieces into this scene. Dok Champa (it’s known as the frangipani) is our national flower….

I just don’t want to bore you with Lao histories and traditions. We are here to celebrate Christmas with Santa and his tour around the world. So please enjoy it.
