What I like the most at Christmas time are the days of waiting and preparation before Christmas day, when the city is full of lights, the houses smell of good food and the children are excited by the coming of Santa Claus. This is what I’ve tried to represent in this cake I made for Christmas 2 years ago and is still one of my favorites! Happy holidays to all of you!!!
