One of my friends is starting a new job very soon so I thought I’d make her a cake to make the journey a little sweeter. I have wanted to do windmills/pinwheels for such a long time so I thought this was the perfect opportunity.

Thanks KiwiMiriam and SarahBeth3!! I LOVED doing this cake. It was quite a fiddly job but worth it. Think I’ll be doing windmills very soon again. Thanks again guys, I really amazes me that other fantastic bakers appreciate what I do. Never had any training so I’m still surprised anyone is interested at all!!!
