This cake was made for a birthday which was coincidently on Black Friday – we decided that it was Pink Friday instead!

I sprayed some of the chocolates pearlescent pink and sat them on top on vanilla pink ganache which dropped over a chocolate sponge with marshmallow buttercream.

It was inspired by the beautiful cakes made by Katherine Sabbath and Unbirthday.
