As part of an in-house collaboration with the theme of Artistic Movement I chose a Banksy piece because the idea of creating a 2D image as a 3D piece of sugar art fascinated me. As a cake decorator I often receive requests to make something 2D out of cake that is in reality 3D so I reversed things a little! I hope you like it.
