I made this cake just for fun with a friend who was back in town for the holiday. I made home made isomalt and loved working with it. I make the background icicles with it. Sven and Olaf are made with fondant. The fake snow is a receipt I came up with when I made a mistake making pastillage. It works great for edible hair, snow, etc…
