A birthday cake for my dear colleague Anja.
I used my favorite sponge cake and mascarpone and whipped cream filling. Proud to introducé: Genoise sponge with mocca mascarpone cream from inside, iced with chocolate ganache and covered with sugar fondant.
As we vent out for her birthday after work, we took the cake with us to the bar. After all excitement and appreciation the cake was successfully eaten (had 2 slices myself ;))
