This is my first cake where i got the chance to do ‘pretty’. I was asked to do a diamond anniversary cake with no brief and I was so excited. I wanted to try out so many new techniques on this cake and I’m really pleased with the final result. My first peony (thanks to Shawna mcgreevy online tutorial), my first use of lustre dust and moulding. The bottom tier got changed 4hrs before delivery. It was suppose to be this Moroccan mould but I changed it to ruffles which I love (first time for those too). Hope you like it. X
