I’m not going lie, this simple design was a bit hard to make…especially in a house full of Cowboys fans! Hahaha. For my very detail oriented friend (down to my enemy “hand piped lettering”, lol), three layers of vanilla bean cake filled with cookies and cream filling then covered with chocolate ganache.
