This was a 4 tier wedding cake with a handmade fondant/gum paste and modeling chocolate trailing dragon. Entire cake was edible. The colors together were great and really popped ! One of my favorite wedding cakes I have done :) Fondant and modeling chocolate was scratch made with the amazing recipes from Lizzo Marek at Artisan Cake Company.
