Loved making this cake and was very happy with the final results. The model was to look like the birthday girl which the mum was amazed at and it was my first time making a sugar peony. The bottom tier is made from light vanilla sponge with raspberry preserve and vanilla buttercream and the top tier chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache. The cake was to be simple to make the most of the flower and martini girl.
