I did this cake as a favour to my best friend for her niece’s birthday back in August. Elsa’s castle is made from Isomalt and I used cake lace for the snow flake effect. The bottom tier was made from delicious chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and the top tier is a lovely light vanilla sponge with white chocolate ganache. This cake was the first time is used Massa Ticino and have to say I’m hooked and love it!
