Made with the inspiration of the movie Jurassic world, this cake is made of 1 1/2 kg( approx 3lbs) chocolate cake layered with whipped dark chocolate ganache and covered in homemade fondant. I used Dawn Butler’s cakeframe as an internal structure. Raptor was sculpted out of fondant.
