This is my submission to Cake Central magazine. I was very honoured to be asked to submit my cake. As I had other orders I was pressed for time and I wasn’t going to let this opportunity slip!so I decided to stick to clean lines and attention to details than to go for a more adventurous design,which I may not be able to finish before the deadline. Hopefully there’ll be another opportunity for me to do just that.
