Connor loved his Super Mario Bros birthday cake so much last year, that he requested another one this year too! He loves the mystery boxes in the game, so I made this 8" cube of, well…CHOCOLATE! He is such a fan of it, that the cake, Swiss meringue buttercream filling, ganache, and modeling clay are all made if chocolate.
