This cake was done using 3 – 12 in cakes. Carved basic shape, covered with fondant and then added fondant mouth, fins and tail. Scales were done one at a time with a bubble straw. The finish touch was several layers of dry luster dust (antique white, gold, avocado green and onyx). I will post a pictorial in the next few days!
