Palette knife on SMBC
This is the first time that I have tried palette knife art form on a cake, and am pretty pleased as to how my cake canvas yielded to me smile emoticon
Flavours: A caramel mud cake infused with freshly brewed espresso shots is layered with oodles of coffee Swiss-meringue buttercream and crunchy bits of salted butter caramel, and then, finally topped with Madagascan vanilla Swiss-meringue BC. The Coffee SMBC also made an appearance on top of the cake as one of the few shades of brown. Hope you all like it!
