So I made this cake as a display at an exhibition. Its 100% edible. Made with PVC internal structure it took me around 50hrs to make. This is only the actual time. The planning, many visits to the carpenter and hardware shops and sleepless nights NOT COUNTED :P. Its a whoopping 32" high and weighs around 60kgs.

The arms , legs and face are rice crispy treats and the torso is cake. The big man is covered entirely in modelling chocolate ( its sooooo much better than fondant for such huge cakes).

Unfortunately i waited too long to finish my other display pieces . I wanted to take good quality pictures of all of them at once but this one broke before i could take a good picture. So this one it is ! Hope you guys like it :).
