This cake was my biggest challenge – there were so many elements of this cake that I had never attempted before. I had never created a cake with a mechanism inside, I have never created a cake which was partially open with nonsupported cake above it, and believe it or not I’ve never done a gravity cake before lol!

This cake was the vision of my youngest son Who said he wanted his birthday cake to include lots of sweets, a chocolate river and chocolate waterfall and look really yummy and really colourful. I laughed and said " oh and a chocolate Fountain I expect ha ha ha". He said yes mum good idea … so the cake was designed!
