‘Happy 16th Cassandra’!
Almost every girl I know loves just a little sparkle in her life, but Cassandra wanted a lot of sparkle on her cake so we covered an entire tier with them!
I’m a huge fan of pink and black cakes. It shouts “I’m not a little girl any more- look out world, here I come”!!! (plus, adding some sophistication of black was seriously the only way I could ever get my daughter to wear pink!)
Both extended tiers were Raspberry Ripple White Chocolate Mud cakes, filled with lashing of raspberry and vanilla buttercream.
