This is a Double height cake with waves at the base, the tips of the waves are royal icing. The princess and Dragon are made from Saracino pasta paste. The Princess has a rice paper dress on dusted with Rolkem Dusts and super gold. The Water Dragon has little specs of Rolkem super silver which is also featured as abstract strokes down the top sides of the cake. There is also a Shoal of fish down the side of the cake.
