I made a 10" round for the tube (left the bit of dome on the outer side of the cake for a rounded water tube) and cut the centre for one of my 3 cake layers. When everything was decorated (in fondant), I covered it in piping gel “water”. Cake is chocolate with chocolate ganache filling, and Swiss buttercream. Thanks for looking! :)
