Iris Stained Glass Cake

Iris Stained Glass Cake

I adore purple and yellow irises, so really enjoyed making this cake. It uses techniques from Alexandria Pellegrino’s “Simple Skills for Dramatic Designs” Craftsy class. I added the fleur-de-lys because it is a stylised iris or lily.
