Birthday cake made for my lady friend and her husband. They both love sea and diving so the marine world was the natural choice for them. Fondant covered cake, decorated with airbrush, caramel parts, caramel sugar for sand. Characters made from Saracino fondant paste, colored in mass, finished with gel colors.
