My cousin asked me to make a cake for her husband’s 65th birthday/retirement cake. She suggested ‘a shed’. Where should I start? Well I got her to send a photo of his shed & based the design in this, including a guitar & accordion which he plays. The cakes are vanilla Madeira with vanilla buttercream & jam filling, covered in fondant.
