Now that it’s starting to heat up here on the Gold Coast it’s getting harder to work with fondant as I don’t have air conditioning. This giant cupcake is entirety covered in buttercream with a few fondant decorations. I’ll be working more with buttercream over summer because I can at least store them in the fridge until they’re ready for delivery
