Sometimes as a cake decorator working from home, caring for your kids, you are faced with a situation where you have to walk on a tightrope, balancing between your sick child and a professional commitment.

This cake was made like that, against all odds, when my daughter was diagnosed with dengue.

However, all is well now, with the cake successfully delivered, devoured and appreciated, as well as and more importantly, my daughter is now recovering well.
