What was your opinion in the buttercream?

Buttercream wasn’t bad, I wouldn’t stack it without them being chilled though. I actually had a disaster with this cake. When I went to deliver it, the top tier slid and made the bottom crumble. It was my center support broke. I loved this cake, before the “accident”

Oh my goodness, how horrifying! Well I did my first topsy turvey this weekend. I am pleased with my first effort results.
