This cake took 19 hors to decorate. There is no foam or RKT components. The arms are fondant. I made this cake using butter cake and buttercream. It weighed a fair bit. I pre couloured the fondant a few days prior. She was ‘from scratch’ if I were to make another I would make a couple of small changes to the structure. Mainly two legs for additional support and to the top two cake trays. Always learning new things. Everyone loved her which was an added bonus. The stand was coated in chocolate to cover any exposed parts creating a barrier between the cake and stand for food safe purposes.
