I was lucky (and very honored) to make this cake for our local hockey team’s end of the season party. Couldn’t believe it when I was asked and couldn’t pass it up! It’s got both chocolate and vanilla cakes with vanilla buttercream all covered in marshmallow fondant. The topper and the Texas (on bottom tier) are made of pastillage. Everything is completely edible except for the hockey sticks (fondant covered foam board).
