These were so fun to make for a dear friend’s 30th birthday party. She was surprised with an ice cream sundae bar, but I had to also surprise her with a little cake too! Seriously, tiny…they were only about 3 inches tall! The cone was filled with vanilla buttercream, then topped with a sphere of chocolate cake, dipped in white chocolate ganache complete with sprinkles and a candy coated chocolate ‘cherry’ on top!
