My first wedding cake, made for a friend. Lots of sugar roses and leaves and very time consuming but I love the end result. The bottom layer is a 12" rich fruit cake with marzipan covering; the middle layer is a 10" chocolate and coffee sponge with hazelnut and chocolate filler with coffee buttercream; and, the top layer is an 8" lemon sponge cake with lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream. The sponge layers are ganached 💕
