I made this cake for a high school friends son. chocolate cake, ganache filling, chocolate buttercream. Colored fondant covers the cake and cake boards. The raptor is made of white modelling chocolate. This was the first time I have used modeling chocolate. I do want to thank Louise Jackson cake design for the inspiration and design of the cake. They loved it!!
