This cake is a simple Black Velvet, covered in vanilla butter cream with a Dulce De Leche filling that I had thinned with a little buttercream. It is meant to be the “Bride and Grooms” cake for the top of a Cupcake Tree at a wedding. That is just a simple petal skirt. It can be made in any color.
