A wedding cake Let’s Do Cake just made with sugar flowers (Roses, Hydrangeas, pulled Filler Flowers, Buds and Leaves) and fondant lace. Flower topper was made so that it could be removed and saved by the bride. Cake flavors were half Almond Butter Cake filled with Amaretto Italian Meringue Butter Cream, Apricot Preserves and chopped Toasted Almonds, and half Best Chocolate Cake filled with Whipped Chocolate Ganache and Fresh Strawberry Filling. Covered in White Chocolate Ganache and our Home Made Fondant. Inspiration for the cake cake from a similar one done by Elizabeth’s Cake Emporium which the bride brought us a picture of. We also made a small, square butter cream covered Groom’s Cake with a hand cut sugar paste University Logo Topper which you can see in the last picture. Thank you for looking…
