I loved making this cake even though I only had 2 days in which to make & decorate it.
This 10" 4 layer vanilla sponge was for a friends father to celebrate his 85th birthday. Since retiring he loves growing vegetables & shares them out to all his neighbours. Can’t beat home grown veg, I wish I lived closer to sample some of his produce!!
