My client wanted to surprise her husband with a bulldozer cake because he does excavating work. This was the first time I carved out and built up the cake. It’s a little crooked 😁 The blade is made from gum paste. The hydraulics, lights, grill and tires is maded from fondant. I made the gravel with crushed Rice Krispies, cocoa. I used a little caro on the board to make the gravel stick.
