This was a quick cake for our friend who had his third daughter last week. Welcome baby Brynn! The cake wa supposed to be fondant and I had coated roughly with icing, however when I opened my fondant bin, I noticed that I only had enough for decorations! Hence the icing coat is very rough..argh!!! The cake is my new fav…banana with cream cheese icing!
