I love the fascinating world of Japan and when they asked me a cake theme for the presentation of the new Couture collection 2015/2016 with trends of Japan Stylist Iuliana Mihai, I wanted to represent it with different symbols, the top I liked having a effect that recalls the hairstyles geisha with chopsticks among blacks hair, on the numerous flowers: cherry Sakura, the bodice carved to represent the kimono prints, in this case a white base and black stylized but enhanced here and there with touches of red, wasaka, the traditional Japanese umbrella, delicate and elegant accompanying women to protect themselves from the sun, the Sensu, the fan carved in thin waferpaper, the pagoda that is characteristic of religious buildings in the country.
