This is the first wedding cake I’ve made. 3 tiers of lemon cake filled with zingy lemon curd! The bride and groom loved it – hopefully it’s the first of many!

Top and bottom tiers are quilted with silver dragees, the middle tier has dragees scattered around a fondant bow.
